Idli the much sought after South Indian delicacy is a very tasty and healthy food. As it is steamed it is oil free and easy to digest. Today we have a recipe called Stuffed Idlis. Children will surely enjoy this dish. As the idli becomes colourful and tasty.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Idli batter.


  • 1/2 cup any sabhzi or gravy that is leftover.

Directions

  • Pour the idli batter half way that is fill the cavities of the idli plate half way with batter.
  • Now add 1 to 2 teaspoon of any sabhzi or gravy here l have made use of aloo mutter sabzi or aloo mutter gravy.
  • Now top the sabhzi with 1 teaspoon of batter. Now steam the Idlies in the usual manner. You get stuffed Idlis.
